any API to get IP address and renew IP address?

Sirs,

I am trying to build an application on User-Space to control a USB network interface card.
If I wait for the device plug-in by IOServiceAddMatchingNotification(), and I will get the io_iterator_t after card arrival.
I can get the io_service_t of specific network interface card.
How could I Query IP Address / Renew IP address by this specific io_sercive_t ?
