Divert sockets and packet reordering

Hi list,

I have a rather newbie question regarding divert sockets, but I need to make sure.

I have a rule like follows in my firewall:

ipfw add divert 5555 tcp from me to any 80 keep-state

And I have a filter sitting on 5555. Do I need to handle packet reordering and packet retransmission to keep correct context and scan the data? I suppose I am but may be Apple is doing some magic to make it easier to use.

Thanks a lot for your answer,

Jakub
