Thanks for your quick reply.
This time out happens when the application doesn't get any response from server within 75 seconds. I tried a invalid url in my web browser. It also giving a message "Network Timeout. The server is taking too long to respond" exactly after 75 seconds. So that i hope this issue also related to network timeout. Is there anything related to my system network preferences? If this is the reason how can i overwrite this problem in my application? I dont think this is the problem with file transfer.
