First of all, it's touching that you are demanding an answer from a voluntary list.
If you MUST have an answer, might I direct you to an avenue where you are more likely to get the correct answer, namely Apple Developer Support. Use a tech support incident and you probably will get an answer from one of the actual engineers of gamekit and/or the bluetooth stack (or from an engineer who probably has talked to both groups).
Second, it's not exactly clear what you are asking. Are you asking how much data gamekit wraps your data in when it sends it over bluetooth? Or does the API enforce some minimum amount of data to send [as in, you must send it at least 10 bytes before it actually sends the data over bluetooth]? Or something else?
