Dear May and all,

I downloaded ASIHttpRequest and open the project, Mac.xcodeproj. However, when following the link, http://allseeing-i.com/ASIHTTPRequest/Setup-instructions, to set up, I got some problems.

1) There is no CFNetwork.framework in the list of available libraries. It is said that CFNetwork.framework is one part of CoreServices.framework. So it should be fine if CoreServices.framework is added to the project, right?

2) I got the compiling error, "There is no SDK with the name or path 'macosx'". How to handle it?

3) I noticed that Base SDK Missing is always shown in the main menu of the project.

Could you please help me?

Thanks,
LB

Hi Bing,

you probably want ASIHttpRequest

it is used in almost every iPhone program that goes to the web.

it is incredibly easy to use.

Google it up !!

Enjoy

According to the books, I believe my goal must be achieved on iPad. Unfortunately, I cannot get complete samples from the articles. Since I am a new programmer, I cannot run them correctly. Could you please provide me with some relevant resources? Or could you tell me what prerequisites to read the articles so that I learn the skills step by step?
