USBInterfaceOpen works fine under 10.6 but now fails on 10.7?

  • Subject: USBInterfaceOpen works fine under 10.6 but now fails on 10.7?

I have this piece of code that tries to basically open a connection that works fine in 10.5 and 10.6. Now, on 10.7, the call "USBInterfaceOpen()" fails with error -536870203 (kIOReturnExclusiveAccess). Why am I getting this error?

Thanks in advance for any pointer, info or help.

-Laurent.
