programmatically set up forwarding from wifi to openvpn

I would like to use the Airport adapter to set up a virtual access
points for other devices to connect to.
I would then like to enable Internet Sharing from WiFi to the OpenVPN
Tunnel interface (Tun).
Now, it's not possible to use the OpenVPN Tun interface with Internet
Sharing so I'm looking for a workaround.
What would I need to do all of the above programmatically?
