This is a semi-network programming question but you all have a wealth of mac knowledge that I haven't achieved yet. I have some Carbon code that I've been patching over to CFSockets. Once the data comes in I need to load it into a MacType.h handle. I'm kind of unfamilar with these. So after CFDataGetBytes I have a UInt8 buffer loaded with data. One of the routines after this requires that data to be passed as a handle. I hope I'm explaining correctly but the reality is I just need the handle variable to have all the buffer data. If anyone has any info that would be great. Thanks.
