Hi,
I upgraded the Mountain Lion 10.8.5 to Mavericks on my Mac mini server. After a couple of WiFi disconnections while I was connected to VPN via Junos Network Connect, Safari 7 cannot open 80% of internet pages, showing the following message:
Safari can’t open the page “http://lists.apple.com”.The error is:”The operation couldn’t be completed.Device not configured”(NSPOSIXErrorDomain:6)
Trying run the netstat -rn shows the following:

while on the 10.8.5 MacBookPro the routing tables look fine, Safari opens pages etc. Clearly something was garbaged with these connections/disconnections.
Rebooting, turning TCP/IP on/off, Asking another DHCP lease, WiFi - on/off - didn’t help. May be this forum is not the best place to ask this, but I cannot find any place that relate to such a problem. Is 0&0x68 normal entry in routing tables? If not how can I reset/remove it?
I cannot delete it using sudo route delete -host… because it seems not valid. flush didn’t do anything also. Please help!
