Hi Kevin,
You need to add the App Sandbox entitlement to your extension. You can do this by toggling the App Sandbox capability in your target's Capabilities tab.
Please file a Radar asking that the App Sandbox entitlement be added to the entitlements in the SimpleTunnel sample code project.
