Oh, the performance characteristics will change. And there are some awful edge cases that will go away, like when you download four large resources at once and now you can’t send any more requests for an indeterminate amount of time until one of them finishes. But any code that works with HTTP/1 should work with HTTP/2.
Anyway, I think there’s a zero chance that Apple will add HTTP/2 support before WWDC, and then it’s pretty likely it’ll only show up in iOS 9 and OS X 10.11. And as we all know, asking Apple when they’re going to announce something is pointless.
