Do you? I'm not clear on why you'd want local services resolved to internet routable IPv4 or IPv6 addresses. I thought the whole point of the local domain was to restrict it to link-local.
The mDNS broadcast is link-local, but link-local IPv4 _addresses_ (169.*) are only used in the rare situations where there’s no router available — like if you plug two computers into each other with an Ethernet cable, or plug several devices into a switch that has no upstream connection.
In general, mDNS just advertises the regular IP address of the network interface. Maybe that came from a NAT, maybe it’s internet-routable; it doesn’t care (and I don’t think it can even tell, at least not easily.)
