There isn’t a way to do that. The ideal place for this info is
`NSURLSessionTaskTransactionMetrics`, but it doesn’t return that specific bit
of info, alas. I encourage you to file an enhancement request for that.

Please post your bug number, just for the record.
ps If you use a lower-level API, like `NSStream`, you generally do have a way
to get this info. Alas, that won’t help if you’re using `NSURLSession`.
