I think Ugur and Anders want to develop a custom plugin which will appear in the
import/export menus in the same way that the currently shipping Automatic Duck ones do
(www.automaticduck.com). This is different to the standard XML import/export procedures
and AFAIK there is no public documentation on how to do it. Perhaps someone from the FCP
team will clarify the situation?
