How can i retrieve these dv25 frames.

I have a .mov file consisting of pal dv25 frames. How can i retrieve these dv25 frames. I tried GetMediaSample, GetMediaDataHandler, MediaGetSampleDataPointer, GetMediaDataRef

functions but it didnt work.
