Grouping Parameters Causes Lines In Dashboard

If you create a default fxPlug Filter project, build it, run Motion and look at the dashboard it looks fine.  Next, group the single brightness parameter in the AddParameters method.  Now look again, the dashboard will have lines around the parameters.
