Pro Application Support 4.0.1 breaks FxPlug in FCP6?

We just updated our FCP6 machine and no FxPlugs show up, including the bundled ones. It seems to be okay in 5.1.4. Maybe this error in the terminal is related? Has anyone else seen this?
