To Paul, We are not the only ones who want proper access to fields. Can you convince your higher-ups to allow you to fix this?
And if Micah is not trying to do this within a progressive sequence, then perhaps the problem is related to the caching issues I found? (the problem arose when I changed the field separation settings on a sequence, but perhaps it is exhibiting itself elsewhere too?)
