Hi, Paul,
we've had some problems in the past where our ProAppsUpdate updaters
don't update what they should. We're working to resolve the issue.
If you can collect a System Profile from your customer and send it my
way, I can tell you if this is the problem. Apple Menu -> About This
Mac -> More Info, then hit File->Save As in the System Profiler
application.
There might also be clues in the console. Ask your customer to open /
Applications/Utilities/Console.app, then choose File->Save A Copy As,
and send me the resulting file as well.
Thanks!

I have a guy who has some of our FxPlugs, using them with FCP 6. He
recently upgraded to Leopard and reinstalled our plugins, but now
they don't load and won't show up in the Effects menu. They are
installed in /Library/Plug-ins/FxPlug, and were working fine before
the upgrade.
I had him wipe his object cache with no luck.
I just heard we had another user with similar problems. FCP just
stopped loading them for some reason. Could Leopard have borked
something with the FxPlug frameworks?
Is there a log file or something the user can send me to check if
there were any particular errors with our plugins?
