The last theme looks to be using one of the curtains from Motion,
and since this is a Keynote theme, it's fairly easy to just pull out
the movie and use it elsewhere.

OK, finally a response from on high. Here's what they tell me:
My understanding is that the content in FCS is all royalty free. If
he's refering to any of that there are no issues in including it in
commercial content.
So take that for what it's worth.
