Are the plugins still in the FxPlugins plugins folders:
/Library/Plug-ins/FxPlug
~//Library/Plug-ins/FxPlug
or have they been moved out/deleted?
If you were using symbolic links (aliases) to you plugin folders,
also check to see if the Snow Leopard install has
broken your links/aliases.
I'm not using any symbolic links or aliases, myself.

No errors, it appears as though the plug-ins aren't being loaded at
all.
