I did get the Marker on import in two tests of two.
Select Clip and export only the clip to the XML, imported back to the
same project and Marker was present in imported clip.
Select nothing and export the whole project to XML; imported back to
same project and the Marker was present in the freeze frame clip
Also imported to a new project and the Marker was present in the
Freeze frame clip.
Seems to be a bug in FCP 7...
Not so much for me.
