We see this from time to time when customers have clips originated from
DVDxDV, it write some bogus invisible characters into the Reel column and
these characters make for malformed XML.

We use FireFox to test XML files, drop the XML into the browser window, if
it is bad FireFox tells you exactly where the badness lies.
