Hi Tim,
Logic doesn't have any developers on this mailing list so for that question maybe asking it on coreaudio-api mailing list might work better? Just a guess.
As for FCP, are you looking for all the media files or project files? and when you say 'session' do you mean, in a project? or something else?
We don't have an API for reading this data apart from within FCP, but one can get all the media files from a FCP project with that project open in FCP, even if the media is offline.
