FXplugin problems with dual card MacPro

Hi, we seems to have problems with gpu accelerated fxplugin on macpro with 2 graphics cards. There is 2 cards to accomodated 2 minidisplay ports LED cinemadisplay. Cards are ATI and Nivdia. Should the second one be same GPU ?
