Hi Darrin
While I certainly respect Apple's right to release information as it sees fit, there are an awful lot of us with major investments in support the FCP "ecosphere" who are very much in limbo. Certainly some part of Final Cut's success is due to the vast array of third party add ons for workflows that are too vertical for Apple to deal with, and by announcing FCP-X Apple has put all those purchased, as well as its own, effectively on hold. I would like to respectfully ask that Apple reconsiders, and at least gives its third party developers a general idea of we will be dealing with in FCP-X.
Cheers, James

Hey all,
I know many of you are anxiously awaiting answers from us on what's available in the next version. I've been asked not to discuss it yet. I know how excruciating it is waiting. I'm really sorry that I can't share more yet, but either I or someone else will as soon as we're allowed.
