publishing multiple parameters at once?

Is it possible to publish multiple parameters in one step? I noticed that I can select several parameters by cmd+clicking on them, so I expected that right clicking on one and selecting Publish would publish all of them, but that didn't work.

Am I really expected to go down the list one by one, publishing each one at a time?
