Hi Everyone..
Is there a good way to know when an image is being displayed as a 1.8 Gamma in FCP?
My filter currently processes YCbCr imagery, but I have intentionally deactivated RGB.
As a result, I never really know when 1.8 is being displayed.
On some FCS 3 installations (on 10.6.x), I see shifting, and sometimes, I don't.
Mostly the shift happens between a pause and then a play. (Pause is RGB 1.8 and play is YCbCr 2.2)
Should I detect and fix this in my filter?
bob.
