Where can I find the FCE 4.0.1 update?

Anyone has an idea where the updater for FCE went?
Our plugins for FCE require 4.0.1 or over...

Apple likes doing that haha.  Well the first of the 2 DL links just opens this page (http://www.apple.com/finalcutpro/) and the 2nd does the same when you click download.  The link in the top right corner of that page from Apple's site takes me to an article about how to use Software Update...  Which is where this 4.0.1 update should be appearing, but that's my problem; in Software Update the FCE 4.0.1 update is nowhere to be found.
