I don't know specifically, but usually when you get an all green frame, it's an indication that a Y'Cb'Cr' buffer was filled with 0s. In Y'Cb'Cr' space, (0, 0, 0) maps to green. (I think this is because the luminance channel is -128 to 127, so it's really mid-green, no red, no blue, or something like that.) So it may just be an indication that nothing is rendering for some reason.
