FxPlug templates in Xcode 4

So, I'm starting a new project and thought I'd start fresh from an Apple template… But they aren't there anymore.

Is this on purpose? The docs refer to Xcode templates, but they don't show up on my "stock" (Mac App Store) Developer installation, which is at /Developer.
