We've had some customers report some work arounds that they've discovered that helps get past the problem - you can see their suggestions as comments to a blog post we made about the issue here:

We have also found some success in using Compressor to render as opposed to FCPX itself.

It's upsetting to me that Apple is telling customers that the problem is in our plugins and not in their own software when we all know the truth.
