If there are shared libraries that your plug-in needs that do not ship with the system, you should put them into your plug-in bundle’s Contents/Frameworks folder. If you have a static library, you can simply compile that into your plug-in and you shouldn’t need anything else (unless the static library relies on something from a shared library, for example).
