Compressor Command Line

I've an internal command line app for Compressor which runs fine from 10.6 thru 10.9.5.
With Yosemite the command line option for Compressor seems to be broken. Compressor will launch, the job will start and immediately finished - therefore no result.

Any ideas out there?
