iTunes in Windows Library

Has any one been able to change the library location of iTunes on Windows with a script or Group Policy? We have the my documents redirected for all users to a network storage, and don’t want to store all of the music for everyone. So I want to automatically redirect it to their local hard drive. Thanks for you help.
