Wanted to clarify a couple additional things on this road show.
First, the event itself is approximately 2 hours. If you can't commit
3 hours, please join us regardless since you'll probably get to still
see most or all of the presentation. I put 3 hours in there to allow
some time for Q&A.
Secondly, this event is primarily for our faculty and staff. While we
want to get this information out to students as well, there is limited
seating and we want this message to reach our faculty and staff first.
If you're wondering why we are positioning it that way, it's because
we want iPhone development to be taught in educational
institutions...i.e. classes students can take. To show how this is
done from a curriculum AND a technical perspective, it's important to
show these technologies to faculty and staff first. I would ask that
you market it to those individuals before students, and emphasize how
important it is to register as soon as possible. We shouldn't run out
of room, but I thought that would be the case at our Active Directory
and Dual-Boot road shows as well :-)
Thanks for your help on this. Again, ping me with any questions.
Corey
