This is your reminder that our first webinar starts tomorrow morning at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time. I will send another reminder approximately 1 hour before the meeting starts. Below are the connectivity instructions. If you've never joined a meeting via Webex before, be sure to login 10-12 minutes early since there is a small software install that has to take place. Additionally, the voice conference portion invites you to press *6 in order to mute your voice during the call. While muting is encouraged, please just use any mute on your phone that you're dialing in with instead of *6. When all participants press *6, there is a ton of clicking heard by all attendees...kind of annoying :-)
Some have asked me if this first webinar is for them. I will say that this is going to be very short and introduce just a few commands. If you're extremely comfortable with cd, ls, mkdir, touch, whoami, etc., then this first round isn't for you. If you don't know what those commands are, or you've just used them a few times when following directions in KBase articles, then you will benefit from this 30-minute webinar.
