For those of you interested, a longer Google search turned out a keyboard with both sets of keys (PC/MAC) labeled for ~ $30 with mouse. Not as sleek looking as the Mac keyboard but....

I'll second this. Windows = Command on a Windows keyboard when using
Mac OS X.
