Hi Tina,
Mac OS X Server doesn't support PXE options within our DHCP server at
this time. If that's a requirement of yours, then moving to a Linux
solution for DHCP might fit best since they allow modifying files by
hand and having it not interfere with any GUI tools you may use. Don't
buy another server for it, though, if you can avoid it. Having a VM
provide that service would be okay too.

Forewarning: We use a Linux box as our DHCP server. I want to say we
tried using OS X Server a while ago, but stopped due to the fact
the GUI
didn't like manual editing of the files involved, hence our switch to
Linux. However, maybe things have changed and this will help.
We have these three lines in the 'dhcpd.conf' file:
allow booting;
filename "pxelinux.0";
next-server [ip of pxe server];
I'm pretty sure that is all we have set up for PXE things to work
with
DHCP.
Even though that isn't an OS X Server specific answer, maybe it
will be
enough to get you started...

We currently have our OS X Server giving out DHCP addresses. I
need to
configure the DHCP Server to forward the client to our PXE services
on our
