Your Apple Education K-12 West Team invites you to a special online event:
Inspiring Solutions for Special Populations An Online Seminar for Special Education, Title 1, and ELL Professionals Monday 14 September • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM Mountain Daylight Time
We know that we have to differentiate instruction to deal with the unique needs of our special populations of students. Brain research and best educational practices have given us support for developing effective responses to our interventions.
Now, technology offers us exciting new ways of reaching these unique learning challenges in ways we could not have imagined in previous years - from language acquisition to content area applications - all using multiple modalities to meet student needs.
Experience an online session using Macs and iPod Touches to:
- Explore the learning resources and tools on the iPod Touch,
- Look at tools of differentiation through Mac OS X,
- Experience specific content applications that support language acquisition and differentiate learning.
Who Should Attend?
- Special Education, Title I, and ELL leaders
- Curriculum, Instruction, and Learning Services leaders
