I'm seeing this as well. Mike and I now have the ability to add some impact to this current issue. To clarify, not everyone with a 10.6.3 server is having this issue, but some are. If you are a HiEd customer, please send me your information and the number of affected client workstations. If you're K-12, please send that same info to Mike.
