[Rockies-Edu] Unable to Generate Reports from Task Server

Hey everyone,

I'm having issues retrieving reports from a remote task server, when it is accessed via a remote client through ARD.

Everything is authenticated and shared correctly, as I am able to do everything else with the current setup, such as control remote computers or pass files, however when I try to run a report, the process will either hang up or error out, stating that the action is "not authorized."

The current setup is an admin station remotely accessing a task server, which then remotely accesses a client computer on the network. Is there some sort of problem in going through both an admin station and the server in order to pull a report from a client? Any help would be much appreciated.

Additionally, I cannot find any documentation about where report data is saved, if at all, from the task server. I see the option upon opening a report to export the data, but is this automatically stored somewhere, or can it be configured to save to a specific folder?

Thanks,
