I wrote up these steps to assist with the setup. Although you're through that part, could you verify the steps you took with this doc?
Also, if you want to start fresh with your server and avoid a reinstall, you can do the following command. NOTE: you'll lose all Profile Manager data on the server.
/usr/share/devicemgr/backend/wipeDB.sh
