Hi Ben,

I'm sure your fellow customers will chime in here with their $.02, but I'll answer as well. You're correct that there is no method to purchase in-app content via the VPP right now. We've learned that many developers aren't aware of this limitation right now, and some have been receptive to the idea of developing a "premium" version of their app that includes all in-app content. That's a viable workaround, and what that takes is hearing from customers. FWIW, they do like hearing from customers that are interested in buying 20-1000 copies of their software  :-)
