We have used WebHelpDesk for several years. We looked at schooldude and landesk and found our needs were better served by WebHelpDesk. We also use the Casper Suite and WebHelpDesk has a discovery connection that automatically creates our assets in WebHelpDesk with complete information.

We are a smaller district of about 400 staff end users and 1200 1 to 1 computers. We are looking for a good help-desk software. Anybody have a good solution you would like to share experience with?
