Try Puffin, there is a free version and a paid one. Free one seems to work pretty good.

Try using Rover, it works relatively well from when I've used it and it's free last I checked.

Subject: [Rockies-Edu] iPads and Flash

Hi.

I wrote in the fall to ask for help in finding a web browser that will play flash sites on iPads. Rover was suggested and it was great until they decided to limit what sites could be accessed. We then moved to Chrome. Chrome is inconsistent. Some sites are fine while others can't be accessed. Then we tried Puffin. It's great, but costs $2.99 a license. Does anyone have a free or cheap suggestion?
