Thanks Mike!

Activation lock is disabled on supervised devices regardless of if Find My iPad is enabled. Activation lock can be enabled on supervised devices with an MDM command (not a profile, a command like remote wipe) - I am unaware of any MDM vendors that support this feature right now, and if yours does, I'd love to hear about it!
