We are tracking an issue where supervised devices may lose supervision following an update to iOS 7.
To be clear, in iOS 7 the supervision profile need not appear (but may) in General->Profiles.
Verify supervision in iOS 7 in General->About under "Name" ("This iPad is supervised by..."). If this text is missing, I need to know.
If you are seeing this, please provide the following data:
Total institutionally owned iOS devices # devices upgraded to iOS 7 # devices confirmed with supervision missing
If you see devices that show "This iPad is supervised by..." but are having issues in supervision in AC 1.4 (any error messages or failures to apply supervision configurations such as the inability to add or remove apps/profiles), please reach out to me. Screenshots help a lot.
Additionally, f you have any institutionally owned devices that are effected by Activation Lock, please let me know how many are stuck in Activation Lock.
