| Intermapper is really good at SNMP and bandwidth monitoring. Good alerting defaults, port alerts, etc. Pick your hardware and OS that you want it to run on, and go. Excellent Apple platform support if you want to run it on Apple hardware and OS X.
For open source, Cacti is still highly regarded. Again, pick your OS and hardware, although it does have more friendly help files and installers on the Linux and Windows side of things.
Just wondering what people are using for network traffic, SNMP, syslog, and bandwidth monitoring.
