Note to anyone using JSS through Casper/JAMF. After you agree to the new terms, you’ll need to update your server token in order for pre-stage enrollment to work. Otherwise you’ll get an error about not being able to contact apple.mdmenrollment.com or something along those lines.
1. In JSS web interface, go to MANAGEMENT SETTINGS
2. Select Global Management on the left, then choose “Device Enrollment Program”
3. Click on the public key item to save your new pem file
4. Log in to Apple’s DEP site and click on the DEP Get Started option
5. Select your server you’re updating, then click on “replace key” and upload the pkey/pem file you got from JSS
6. Generate a new token and save it
7. Go back to the DEP option in the JSS Management Settings
8. Click on your server, go to EDIT and upload the new server token.
9. Reboot your JSS server.
Please note, the Device Enrollment Program had its terms and conditions updated today, which need to be accepted by the program agent.
Thank you for participating in the Device Enrollment Program. Apple has released iOS 8.3 and a new version of OS X Yosemite with an updated software license agreement. Your Program Agent must log into the deployment website and accept the following agreements to continue to use the Device Enrollment Program:
• OS X Software License Agreement
• Device Enrollment Program License Agreement
